1. Programme Description
The Pro Stage Italy 2026 is an 8-day football experience in northern Italy, on the shores of Lake Maggiore, open to semi-professional and amateur players from around the world aged 18 and over. A programme designed for those who want more: more level, more visibility, more real football.
Organised by Futbika, the trading name of Dominatis Limited, the Pro Stage is born from years of work in semi-professional football and the conviction that any player with the right level deserves the same opportunities as those at the elite.
What is the Pro Stage?
8 days in a privileged setting in northern Italy where players from different countries share training sessions, tactical talks, friendly matches against Italian semi-professional teams and unique experiences. Matches are filmed and distributed across Futbika's entire club network — sporting directors, coaches and scouts at different levels. The programme offers real visibility to those ready to make the most of it.
- A professional pre-season of up to 8 days to arrive in shape — especially relevant this year with the World Cup pushing back competition calendars.
- Real visibility within a network of clubs and professionals from First Division to fifth tier.
- A unique experience combining football and disconnection in an idyllic setting.
All participants will receive significant playing time, managed with common sense and sporting criteria.
2. Registration & Place Confirmation
Submitting the registration form constitutes an expression of interest only and does not guarantee a place on the programme. Futbika will contact the applicant within 48 business hours to confirm availability and provide payment instructions.
A place is only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit or full payment. Futbika reserves the right to reject any application without giving reasons.

3. Packs & Pricing
The price for the Pro Stage Italy 2026 is €250 per night per player, subject to availability. The final applicable price will be confirmed in writing at the time of registration confirmation.

4. Payment
All payments are made exclusively by bank transfer, for security, to the account of Dominatis Limited. Bank details are provided in the confirmation email after completing the registration process on the website.
- A non-refundable deposit of €500 is required to secure a place.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full by 31 May 2026.
- Failure to meet the payment deadline may result in cancellation of the place without refund of the deposit.
Visa: The official invitation letter is only issued after full payment has been completed, as issuing such documentation without prior confirmation would not comply with applicable migration policies. If the visa is not granted, the full payment is refunded.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to contact@futbika.com. The following policy applies:
- Deposit (€500): non-refundable, unless Futbika cancels the programme.
- Cancellation by the player: the €500 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Visa denied: all payments received are refunded in full.
- Cancellation by Futbika: all payments received will be refunded in full within 14 working days.
6. Player Responsibilities
- Arranging and funding their own travel to and from Milan Malpensa Airport.
- Obtaining adequate medical and travel insurance prior to travel. Futbika strongly recommends comprehensive cover including sports participation.
- Holding a valid passport for the duration of the programme and complying with all applicable entry requirements for Italy.
- Behaving professionally and respectfully at all times. Futbika reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
- Players participate in all programme activities at their own risk. Valid medical and travel insurance is mandatory throughout the programme.
7. Transparency & Expectations
What the Pro Stage does NOT guarantee:
The presence of specific clubs is not guaranteed. The programme is primarily a development and exposure experience, not a trial with guaranteed scouts. The objective is development, competition and visibility — not direct placement at clubs.
Futbika's network of sporting directors, coaches and scouts is broad and of proven quality. Our mission is to create the conditions for players with the right level to get the visibility they deserve.
We want to be transparent: this is a serious football experience designed for committed players, not a guaranteed pathway to professional contracts. Programmes typically include between 14 and 22 players.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
Futbika complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Data is used solely to manage registration and is deleted once the matter is resolved.
We do not store your data beyond the purpose for which it was provided. Once the matter is resolved — whether you join the programme or not — your data is deleted.

- Your personal data will not be shared, sold or transferred to any third party for commercial purposes.
- You have the right to access, rectify or request erasure of your data: contact@futbika.com.
- You have the right to withdraw consent at any time.
- Match footage filmed during the programme may be shared via Futbika's club network and social media channels. This consent may be withdrawn in writing before the start of the programme.
9. Limitation of Liability
Futbika / Dominatis Limited accepts no liability for any loss, damage, delay or additional expense arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including: acts of God, strikes, civil unrest, government actions, pandemics or venue unavailability.
Players participate in all programme activities at their own risk. Valid medical and travel insurance covering sports participation is mandatory throughout the programme.
10. Programme Changes
Futbika reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the programme schedule, fixtures or logistics where necessary. Participants will be informed of any material changes as soon as reasonably practicable. Changes that do not materially affect the nature of the programme will not entitle participants to a refund.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

When I decided to organise this Stage, the first thing I thought about was the location. Lake Maggiore is not a random choice: it is a place I know well, with real facilities, accessible flight connections from anywhere in the world, and surroundings that are worth the trip in themselves.
The Pro Stage Italy is a project we do with complete transparency and genuine enthusiasm. It is a word-of-mouth project, born in Castellón and reaching corners of the world wherever we have been, always finding our people and the football friends we have met along the way.
Futbika was born with the idea that semi-professional football should have the same tools as elite football. Working alongside several clubs we developed Futbika Metrics as a sports analysis platform, but we could not leave aside the fieldwork: Stages, Trials and youth camps following Spanish football methodology. And from all of that, the Pro Stage Italy was born.
8 days in northern Italy, training on a pitch with mountains as a backdrop, sharing a dressing room with players from different countries, with filmed matches and real visibility within a network of clubs and professionals. And with time to enjoy the lake, Milan, and everything Italy has to offer.
